Future Concern:
The most common path through the new (2006) GCSE specification/curriculum will preclude many pupils from then continuing with AS/A2 physics, in its current manifestation.
Possible outcome:
AS/A2 physics will follow the dilution (social constructivist?) trend and loose its traditional foundations when reviewed in 2007. Is this for better or for worse?
